Are you preparing for the 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, marathon or even ultramarathon? Then you have prepared for a long time and probably spent many hours training

Are you preparing for the 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, marathon or even ultramarathon? Then you have prepared for a long time and probably spent many hours training.

Your running clothes can also be a decisive factor for a successful race day.

We are happy to give you advice with Fe226 for different weather conditions on race day.

In general, we don't recommend wearing brand new clothing to a race. You never do this with running shoes. Wear and wash your clothes a few times before the race to get used to them and to check for any chafing or discomfort. The best clothes make you feel like you completely forget about them while you're wearing them.

According to the Fe226 product dogmas, you don't need too much running gear to train and race in. But since every marathon is different, there are several outfits to choose from on race day.

THIS IS OUR ADVICE:

Scientifically speaking, 11°C is the perfect temperature for a fast run. Your body doesn't have to use extra energy to warm up or cool itself down. And the idea is to just wear shorts and a tank top. That said, as you can imagine, most runners wear way too much clothing. If you freeze a little at the start, that's just fine.

HUNTING A PERSONAL BEST

Wear the Ekstra Mile Perfect Posture Top and Muscle Activator Tight for a more efficient run. This set stabilizes hips, core and shoulders to give you a more upright running position. And it activates the glutes to run more powerfully.

BE FAST AND LOOK COOL

If you don't want to give up the benefits of The Ekstra Mile, but prefer a relaxed look, simply expand your competition outfit with a matching singlet and socks. Our singlet is super breathable, so it doesn't get too warm when the temperature is between 5 and 18°C.

COMFORT IS KING

If you don't care too much about fast times and efficiency and more about comfort, go for the Fe226 T-shirts . They work best at temperatures between 7 and 15°C.
