The Garmin HRM 600 is an advanced heart rate monitor, specially designed for athletes who want to monitor their training in detail. This comfortable and adjustable device provides accurate heart rate and HRV data, ready to use with compatible Garmin smartwatches and bike computers. Thanks to the durable and washable design, you can wear the band effortlessly during any sports activity.

With the HRM 600 you also get additional running dynamics, such as loss of step rate, stride length and ground contact time, so you can specifically improve your technique (compatible smartwatch required). Even when you exercise without a smartwatch, the HRM 600 tracks your heart rate, calories, speed and distance, and you can easily sync them later to the Garmin Connect™ app.

EXTENDED RUNNING DYNAMICS
Improve your running form with running dynamics, including step speed loss1 to learn how much you slow down when your foot hits the ground, as well as vertical oscillation and ground contact time and balance (compatible smartwatch required).
ACTIVITY REGISTRATION
For activities where you can't wear a smartwatch, such as team sports or martial arts, the HRM 600 heart rate monitor records your workout and syncs your data, including heart rate, calories, speed, distance and more, directly to the Garmin Connect app.
