How can I return a product?
You have everything under control via our returns portal . Does your product not fit and/or is your product not as expected? Register your product as a return easily and quickly in our portal. Return costs from the Netherlands start from €3.95.

What is the return period?
With us you have a 14-day right of return for items that are unused and undamaged. The return request must be in our possession within 14 calendar days of delivery, in the original product packaging.

When returning electronics products, all products are first checked upon receipt of the return before the product is credited.

Can I also exchange a product?
You can easily exchange via the returns portal, but of course you are also welcome to place a new order to receive your product faster.

I have received an incorrect or defective product, what now?
Have you received an incorrect product, wrong size or a defective product? We would of course like to hear this as soon as possible. How quickly will I receive my money back after returning a return?
We try to ensure that the amount is back in your account as quickly as possible. This will happen no later than 5 working days after receipt of the return.

How can I return orders from Belgium and Germany?
Returns from Belgium and Germany are very easy. Register your return via our returns portal and send your package back via your local carrier. Return costs from Belgium from €5.89 and Germany from €6.49

Right of withdrawal
Below we would like to inform you about the legal right of withdrawal. You can use this at any time, but we naturally prefer it if you use our normal returns procedure, which can easily be completed online via our returns portal.

In the Netherlands the statutory right of withdrawal applies. This means that you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reasons. To revoke the agreement, you must let us know in an unequivocal statement that you wish to do so. For this purpose, you can, for example, use the withdrawal form that we send in the order confirmation. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case not later than 14 days after dissolution. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
