What should I do if the product is damaged?
If your order is damaged during shipping, you can easily report this via our returns portal or

If you have a complaint about our items, you can contact our customer service at info@triathlonworld.nl or via the contact form . We will handle your complaint within 24 hours.
Do I pay return costs?
At TriathlonWorld.nl you have a 14-day right of return for items that are unused and undamaged. The return request must be received by us within 14 calendar days after delivery. You can easily register your return via our returns portal.

How does a return request work?
Is the product not to your liking? No problem! You can return the product within 14 day(s) after receipt. You can easily create your return label yourself via our returns portal for returning via a parcel point of your choice.
Can I also try on clothes?
Our showroom is currently closed. We are happy to give you advice through our customer service. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM by telephone, chat and e-mail.
How do I choose the right size?

As specialists, we enjoy giving the best advice. We also use the products ourselves every day during our training and competitions, so good advice is the basis for us.
Can I also collect & pay?
It is currently not possible to collect your order in our showroom. We have, however, extended our shipping times. If you order before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely with us via iDeal, PayPal, CreditCard (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), MisterCash or with a manual bank transfer.
We also have ING Home'Pay as payment methods for customers from Belgium.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
We handle your order with care. Nevertheless, it is possible that mistakes are made. If you have received an item that you did not order, you can contact our customer service via info@triathlonworld.nl or via the contact form .
We will then ensure that you receive the correct item at no extra cost.

Immediately available: Ordered before 3 p.m. on workdays, shipped today.
Available: Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
Not available: Email notification possible as soon as the product is available again.
We will keep you informed of any delays and will do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.
