Want to buy a water bottle or flask?

Hydration is one of the most important things before, during and after exercise. Give your body the right nutrients to maximize training adaptation. Drinking while running can be quite challenging because carrying a water bottle is not easy and can even cause injuries when held in one hand. Holding a water bottle is certainly possible, but make sure you alternate between both hands every now and then.

A better solution is a drinking bag for the back or smaller flasks that fit in the pockets of running pants or backpack, for example. When the bottle is empty, it can be rolled up very small so that it takes up almost no space. Drinking from the bottle is also very nice due to the flexible design, so you can squeeze out the contents until the last drop.
