Component A - Bowl
The Bicarb System Bowl is designed for precise and optimal mixing and serving. The bowl has clear instructions on the inside, fits comfortably in one hand and features a screw-on lid so you can easily carry it with you and safely seal it while traveling or working out.
Component B - Hydrogel
The Hydrogel component is the result of years of research. Maurten developed a specially formulated hydrogel that encapsulates and protects the sodium bicarbonate so that it passes smoothly through the stomach and can be swallowed easily - without chewing or discomfort.

Each serving also contains 40 grams of carbohydrates to help athletes provide their bodies with energy before an intense workout or competition.
