Assembly Instructions

The Glacier TT is a do-it-yourself solution that makes it easy to make modifications for any type of cockpit. Users should:

1. Using scissors, cut the Glacier Sheet and the Ultra Cool Thermal Foam to fit the shape of the cockpit. Leave part of the Glacier Sheet exposed to the air (not completely covered by the arms), as this will help with cooling.

2. Connect both layers with the adhesive to form a lined layer that retains water and provides active cooling to the forearms, just like our other products.

3. Cover the cockpit with the copper lining tape to optimize heat dissipation over the entire cockpit.

4. Assemble the parts by attaching the bonded layer of Glacier Sheet and Ultra Cool Thermal Foam to the copper lining tape. Depending on the cockpit model, you can use glue or Velcro for this. The kit includes both options. Additional Glacier Sheet can be used for more thorough or thinner covering.

How to use it

Like all Ultra Cool Tech products, this product works with water. As long as the Glacier Sheet and the Ultra Cool Tech Thermal Foam are wet, they actively cool the skin and long-term optimize the body's natural cooling mechanism. This helps athletes improve temperature regulation on the bike and reduces the risk of overheating and performance loss.

Will it fit my cockpit model?
Yes. Our kit is designed for any cockpit model and includes everything needed for installation. You don't need to purchase any additional materials or parts.

Is the solution easy to remove from the cockpit?
It depends on the model. In some cases, you can use Velcro to attach the layers to the cockpit and easily remove them when needed. In other cases, you have to glue them in place. If that applies to your setup, you can just keep the cooling solution dry when you're not using it, so that the feel remains normal until you wet it again to activate the cooling effect.

Do I need additional tools or support to install it?
No special tools are required. The kit comes with detailed, easy-to-follow instructions, so you don't need any special help.
