TWO WAYS TO STAY CONNECTED

LTE
LTE is a widespread, low-power mobile network. Once connected to the network, your device uses LTE to communicate - giving you access to all our features, including sending SOS notifications, live tracking and weather forecasts, as well as voice messages and phone calls via the Garmin Messenger app.
SATELLITE
In areas where LTE is not available, satellite coverage fills the gap with essential communication functions up to 50 miles from shore, including two-way text messaging, activation of SOS alerts and location check-ins.
